ADULTS HAPKIDO
Adults training in HapKido learn one of the most progressive systems of martial arts in the world today.
Our Adults HapKiDo syllabus is a progressive syllabus, this means that once a student grades to a higher belt level, they can expect to learn a more advanced version of a technique already learnt on the previous belt. This system is a way to advance students to a higher level of ability then ever thought possible.
Ultimate Fighting Arts have an introductory offer of 3 FREE lessons, so you can try this exciting style before joining.

Once a student achieves Blue belt (half way through the system) they are introduced to different system of self defence called multiple grabs. Multiple grabs is designed to be a more practical system of self defence, students start to put into practice techniques that they have learnt through all the belts to that point. In Multiple grabs students are placed in the center of a group of senior ranked students and grabbed from all angles on all parts of their body which emulates a more realistic situation.

Through the higher belt levels students are taught to deal with knife, punch and kick attacks to give them a higher level of realistic self defence skills.

To achieve a black belt in HapKiDo is not easy, it takes many years of hard training, dedication and commitment but those who achieve their black belt all agree, it’s a journey well worth the blood, sweat and tears.
Every belt level consists of the same categories but the techniques are evolving and advancing on each rank..
